When Conspiracies Collide |
| This series was started when I had a dream after watching La Femme Nikita. While the show is in no way connected to the story, the character from the dream developed into Jane. When the projects at work I was working on got cancelled, I found myself with a lot of free time. And Auspicious Beginnings was born. And it went from there. Due to length, I broke it up into parts. There are also images imbedded in the files and so can take a while to load. You have been warned. The first part of Governing Bodies is now up, and the second is being worked on. It's still on my writing list, but sometimes the muses run contrary to our wishes. I've already been bashed by the Mag7 muse more than once. I won't be sending this out to the various archives until it's finished and beta'd, but till then, I will post the parts here. This series was nominated for five awards in The Pretender FanFiction Award 2000: Best Crossover, Best Novel, Best Series, Best Action Adventure and Best Original Character. Go here for more info. The Center Awards, affiliated with New PacifiCon 2000, were nice enough to nominate the series in two categories: Favorite Cross-Universe and Favorite Alternate Universe.
